I don't have autodesk so cant help with that but lets identify the exact problem first and then see if google has a suitable answer once the question can be more narrowly defined.

That 3mf file will contain the objects on your build plate along with all the settings you are using to slice. Watch and learn from the best 3D designers out there. You could also save your prusa slicer project (File>save project as) which will create a 3mf file. You could post pictures of what the object in autodesk looks like and what it looks like when opened in PS. Do you mean you are losing resolution on your export from autodesk ? for example are smooth cylinders becoming faceted ?
